Our RockSolid service guarantees delivery by the committed delivery time based on our published transit schedules. If an eligible shipment does not arrive within the guaranteed delivery window, all freight charges will be waived in accordance with the RockSolid terms and conditions.

RockSolid Guaranteed by Noon is designed for shipments that require early delivery and guarantees arrival by 12 p.m. on the scheduled delivery day. RockSolid Guaranteed by 4 p.m. guarantees delivery by 4 p.m. on the scheduled delivery day for high-priority freight that still requires expedited service.
