Manitoulin Transport Named #1 LTL Carrier in Canada for Quality
Gore Bay, ON – Manitoulin Transport ranked No. 1 in the Mastio & Company’s 2023 edition of the Canadian national less-than-truckload (LTL) customer value and loyalty study. The comprehensive industry-wide study ranked Manitoulin Transport as the top carrier out of 360 carriers according to key decision makers in the industry.
Industry professionals consistently named Manitoulin Transport as their top carrier when surveyed about qualities pertaining to trustworthiness, ease of doing business, problem resolution, billing accuracy, shipments picked-up when promised, claims process, and proactive communication.

The 2023 study findings are based on interviews with 887 customers, 2,600 observations. approximately 360 carriers, and 5,400 qualitative responses to several open-ended questions about individual companies. The interviews were conducted by telephone with key decision-makers beginning in late February and ending in May 2023.
