Service Resumed in and out of BC’s Lower Mainland using Highway 3
Due to the extraordinary efforts of all those involved to restore safe travel and reopen Highway 3, we are pleased to announce that we are now able to resume service to and from our Vancouver terminal.
Please note, the TransCanada and the Coquihalla Highways servicing Northern BC and the BC interior (Highways 1 and 5) remain closed for the foreseeable future. As a result, we are forced to reroute our linehaul, adding additional miles and extended wait times. These challenges will make it difficult to maintain our usual service schedules, but we remain focused on meeting the needs of our customers to the best of our ability.
In order to manage these additional costs, a temporary surcharge will be implemented.
Effective Thursday, November 25th, all road shipments in and out of Vancouver, BC will be subject to a surcharge of $1.95 per cwt, with a $25 minimum and $550 maximum.
We thank you for your continued support and understanding during these difficult times.
