Contact your Customer Service or call 1-800-265-1485. They will be happy to re-enable your account.

Why does my MT Direct password expire?
To protect your company’s confidential information, MT Direct passwords automatically expire every 6 months. Starting 10 days before your password expiration, you will be prompted to change it each time you sign into your account.
